Working alongside a team of experienced and empathetic therapists, I am privileged to pursue my passion: assisting others in their journey towards wellness.

In my undergraduate studies, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Through hard work and dedication, I have completed a CACREP-accredited Master of Arts Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University.
In my approach to therapy, I deeply believe in the power of connection for fostering healthy growth. By using person-centered and solution-focused methods, I collaborate with my clients to deepen their self-awareness and address any challenges they may face.

Above all, my main goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for my clients throughout our therapeutic journey together. I draw from a variety of evidence-based interventions, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of every individual. I'm deeply committed to the well-being and growth of my clients, and I'm honored to be part of their journey towards fulfillment and happiness.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in being a mom to two amazing daughters and three adorable dogs. In my downtime, you can find me enjoying family outings, exploring new places, diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, indulging in documentaries, and making sure to prioritize my monthly "self-care date".
