Providers:
-Must have a master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
-Must be registered with DORA: LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC.
-License must be in Colorado, current, and in good standing.
-Interested in working part-time while you learn and grow as a professional.
-Must have the availability to conduct no less than five therapy sessions (not including groups) per week.
-Must be dedicated to anti-racism and inclusion type of work as well as possess social justice values & beliefs.
- Want to belong to a community that feels more like a strong team than people who work together.

Admin Assistant/Receptionist:
-Entry level.
-Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently. Spanish is preferred but not required.
-Good communication (written and spoken) skills.
-Knowledge of how to operate Microsoft Office and electronic calendars.
-Outstanding organizational skills.
-Must be driven and a quick learner.
-Must be dedicated to anti-racism and inclusion type of work as well as possess social justice values & beliefs.
-Want to belong to a community that feels more like a happy and strong team than people who work together.

Interns:
-Must be a master's level practicum/internship student.

-Marketing and obtaining clients/filling up caseloads is done by SOBT Therapy, LLC.
-Mentorship about owning a private practice if desired.
-Part of a diverse close-knit team.
-Opportunity to remain at SOBT Therapy, LLC after graduation.
-Option to take caseload if desire to move in a different direction once internship obligations are completed.
